Emails and phone calls are always returned in a short time if I call before or after hours. We always have our ink delivered on time. Even if the UPS Truck doesn’t pick up our ink because of a snow storm, Mary drives to the UPS building so our ink we be delivered on time. Cudner is great at working with our company and mixing up specialty inks on a short notice. Damaged inks through shipping are always replaced and received the next day to avoid any downtime.

Starting up a new program for us was hard in the beginning, but Mary drove up North several hours to our facility and helped us understand the PE Series ink and how it would run better. So far, I have no complaints in the last 25-30 years we’ve worked together.​​

In my 36+ years in the business, I've not come across an Ink line that performs near as well as Candoc PC Series. We've exhaustively tested it against 3M, Nazdar and Inktech with results not being close. In every use application for both internal and external automotive applications, Candoc is the clear leader. This in itself would be amazing but what clearly sets Candoc apart is the top-tier support. Highly recommended.
