PC Series Polycarbonate Ink has been developed to meet the high standards and specifications of the membrane switch, automotive and appliance applications. Offers superior application advantages, including: high clarity transparent colors, delamination resistance, excellent flexibility and outstanding adhesion. Matte or gloss finishes.

HIGH PERFORMANCE FOR MEMBRANE SWITCH & AUTOMATIVE APPLICATIONS

Drying
PC Series inks are formulated to dry through solvent evaporation. The use of forced air drying equipment is recommended for best results. These inks can air dry in 15 to 45 minutes with good air circulation.
When forced air drying equipment is employed, be sure to allow for HIGH volumes of air to circulate.
Recommended drying conditions are:

100 to 120°F 45 to 90 seconds

3000 to 5000 cfm

Air circulation and air knives.
COVERAGE
Approximately 1000 - 1300 Sq, Ft / Gal.
