SPG-4000 Series UV screen ink is  formulated for glass, especially high end jobs such as  gaming products, mirrors, indoor window and architectural glass. This product displays a rich decorative finish with excellent adhesion properties. Excellent humidity resistance for applications such as exterior panels.

Extending Shelf Life: SPCC-1000 contains no Photoinitiators, allowing customers to extend shelf life by mixing their own colors. The concentrate system is used with SPG-4050 Extender Base for making stock colors on demand. (See SPCC-1000 Product Information Sheet). â€‹

Under general printing conditions SPG will print without base modification. For special conditions and curing adjustments, refer to modifier list below and consult with our Technical Service Department.

PRIOR TO PRODUCTION!

Curing

SPG 4000 series inks cure only on UV output units. These inks will not air dry or force dry by conventional heat applications.

 

CURE RATE: SPG-4000 cures at the rate of 20 to 30 fpm. CAUTION: This cure rate
represents a slower rate than other Spectracure® products.

COVERAGE

Approximately 1200-1500 Sq. Ft / Gal.
